About current work

I am in charge of the maintenance and operation management of the equipment used in the Koei Kyogi with newly operated PIST6. My job is to submit information to the referee regarding race times, rankings, and whether or not there are rule violations. The task of submitting the materials for judging the race results is an important task in order not to cause a sense of distrust to customers who bet their money.

Fun, rewarding, and difficult work

Since it will be operated with different rules and equipment from the original Keirin, it will be a job while updating both the equipment and my own knowledge. I feel that it is interesting, rewarding, and difficult not only to carry out the given work.

After joining the company,
What do you think you have grown through your work?

I was originally a shy person, so when I started to express my opinions clearly at meetings, I felt that I was able to grow both intellectually and mentally.

Future goals

We want to spread the equipment that the team has made for Keirin-jyo all over the country and cycling competitions such as the Olympic games, and not only to make money but also to develop the cycling culture.

What kind of company is JPF? What kind of employees do you have around you?

I think that it is a free company and respects each personality. I have the impression that there are many people who are honest with themselves in a good way, perhaps because of such a corporate culture.

What is the appeal point of JPF?

Whether inside or outside the team, it should be an open workplace. Even young employees have many opportunities to express their opinions, and I think that the company has many projects in which other departments cooperate with each other.
