Regarding the establishment of an external reporting desk

We would like to inform you that from December 1, 2020, JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.) will open an external whistleblower hotline for early detection and prevention of legal violations, etc., and for strengthening the compliance system. If you have any concerns about compliance with regard to our employees or employees of our affiliated companies, please use the contact point.

1. Target users

  • ・Employees of JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.) and employees of affiliated companies (JPFI Co., Ltd., Atarundesu Co., Ltd.)
  • ・Businesses (including sole proprietors) that have a business relationship with JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.) or its affiliated companies
  • ・Public servants in charge of Keirin-jyo, boat race tracks, auto race tracks, and racecourses operated by JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.) under contract from local governments.

2. Acts subject to reporting

The following acts by employees or officers of JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies.

  • ・Power harassment, sexual harassment, or other harassment
  • ・Illegal acts related to work (embezzlement, breach of trust, unreasonable discount requests, bullying of subcontractors, etc.)

3. Reporting method

Please send the following items to the e-mail address dedicated to this whistleblowing contact point.
To prevent viruses, please write it in the email form, not as use the attachment.

  • (1) Report target
    Please indicate whose act the report is about (position and name if known).
  • (2) Acts subject to reporting
    Please describe what kind of behavior of the person in (1) is to be reported.
    It would be greatly appreciated if you could clarify "when", "where", "who" and "what".
  • (3) Presence or absence of evidence
    Please state whether there is any evidence (recording, witness, email) and what kind of evidence there is.
  • (4) Relationship between the whistleblower and this case
    Please describe the relationship between the whistleblower and this case.
  • (5) Name, position, and contact information of the whistleblower
    Please include your name (full name), phone number and email address.
    If anonymity is requested, the whistleblower's name, position, and contact information will only be communicated to the whistleblowing attorney.
  • (6) Request for anonymity
    When reporting the result of the report, please indicate whether you would like JPF Co., Ltd. (former: Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.) to keep the name of the whistleblower anonymous.
    If there is a possibility that the whistleblower could be identified due to the nature of the report, the lawyer in charge of the whistleblower contact will confirm the whistleblower's intentions.
  • (7) Other considerations
    Please enter any other information that you would like to convey when making a report.

4. Acts subject to reporting

Within three business days after the report is made, the lawyer in charge of the report (a lawyer who is not a corporate lawyer of JPF Co., Ltd. (formerly Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.)) will contact you to confirm receipt of the report.

After that, we may contact you to identify the content of the report.

If the content of the report is identified and the lawyer in charge of reporting determines that there is a possibility that it corresponds to the subject's conduct, the lawyer in charge of reporting will report the content of the report to general affairs department of Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.

In addition, if the general affairs department is the person to be reported, we will directly contact the representative director of JPF Co., Ltd. (former: Japan Photo Finish Co., Ltd.).
