Born Toyama Himi-shi. Joined the company in 1977. After taking office as an executive officer in 2011, he was involved in the business revitalization of Koei Kyogi Facilities and the launch and planning and sales of new projects in Japan and overseas at management department. Appointed Managing Director in 2020. -

Joined in 2010. Engaged in on-site management of Keirin-jyo, and became a director of Japan Cycling Federation in 2019. In 2021, he was appointed as General Manager of promotion department, Director of JPF and Japan Cycling Federation. In 2023, he became Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Japan Cycling Federation. -
