About current work

I am in charge of managing and planning mountain bike and BMX events around Kanto area.
We carry out a wide range of tasks, such as prepare venues for events, acquiring sponsors, and publicizing using websites and SNS.

Fun, rewarding, and difficult work

What I find interesting about my job is that I can carry out large events on my own.
I feel a sense of accomplishment when I complete a project to the end. On the other hand, if the group consists with employees of  young people with little social experience and know-how, negotiations and proposal submissions to other companies and governments will not proceed as smoothly as expected, and I fell a little difficulties.

After joining the company,
What do you think you have grown through your work?

Now you can prepare in advance. When I first joined the company, I used to explain my business and plans based on my thoughts and emotions on the spot. But now I learned through work about preparation is how important and if I prepared well, the possibility of getting consent from others will increased.

Future goals

My goal is to increase the profits of all events and academies that I am in charge of.

What kind of company is JPF? What kind of employees do you have around you?

Regardless of age, it is a company where you can experience various tasks such as management, public relations, and event planning.
There are many employees who support people who work hard and take on challenges.

What is the appeal point of JPF?

JPF actively encourages and supports employees who take on challenges.

What is JPF for you?

It is a place that offers new encounters. There are many companies and athletes who have ties with JPF, so I can make new connections.

Who would you like to work with?

Someone who takes responsibility until the end and gets the job done, someone who can cooperate with those around them without taking it all by themselves

What would you say to those who want to work at JPF?

Planning and managing an event sounds good, but in reality, there are many problems such as being busy preparing materials, negotiating while considering human relationships, not being able to command on-site, and making no progress at all in setting up and tearing down. I struggle with stress all the time. Even with the above reality, if you have a desire to "make an event that will change the bicycle industry", please tell us your passion!
