Transforming Koei Kyogi Facilities into community-oriented spaces for interaction.

Koei Kyogi Facilities are not just places for competition. In modern society, there is a lack of places where all generations can interact on a daily basis. JPF opens up the vast grounds and facilities of Keirin-jyo and other venues to the community, developing local events, lively gatherings through food, learning opportunities for children, and sports experiences. By utilizing these venues as places where anyone can easily drop by and where interaction and experiences can take place, we aim to contribute to creating vibrant communities.

From bicycles as a means of transportation to bicycles as a cultural phenomenon.

While bicycles are a familiar means of transportation, opportunities to enjoy them as a sport or for recreation are still relatively few. JPF, centered around Keirin-jyo, is working to protect the future of cycling by providing comprehensive support, from safety education to the development of athletes.

Learning how to ride safely, experiencing cycling as a form of play and sport, and training and supporting competitive cyclists. We will utilize Keirin-jyo velodrome not merely as a competition facility, but as a place that supports lifelong sports and the local community, thereby broadening the base of cycling culture.
