About current work

While doing general affairs at the Nagoya office, I have recently been involved in the management of cycling events.
In addition, I used to learned about designs at school and sometimes I am in charge to create advertising banners, small goods and poster design. 

Fun, rewarding, and difficult work

There are many kinds of customers coming at Keirin-jyo, so I feel the difficulty that we have to think about how to make each customer more happy while proceeding with the events.
However, I would be happy if I could get a good reaction from the customers for my thoughtful progress and action.

After joining the company,
What do you think you have grown through your work?

I was afraid of failing and I was not good at trying new things, but here, even if I fail, it will be a big experience, so now I feel as to "let's try it once!". Then I have acquired a positive attitude.

Future goals

Right now, our main cycling event is a cycle club heding at the Keirin-jyo bank, but my future goal is to plan and manage my own big events, such as touring events out side of the Keirin-jyo.
I love riding bicycles, so I would like to make use of that to plan touring and cycling events that convey the appeal of cycling.

What kind of company is JPF? What kind of employees do you have around you?

We are a company that can always challenge and grow. There are many people who are considerate and warmly watch over me, so I can take on new challenges with peace of mind. Even if you fail, use that as a source of motivation for the next time! There are a lot of people who follow me as I think.

We are a company where even those who are not familiar with Keirin races and cycling, they can play an active role, and those who like Keirin and cycling will love it even more than they do now.
