JPF Co., Ltd. has begun full-scale construction of a wave pool called "WAVE PARK BIWAKO" manufactured by Wavegarden, a company with world-leading wave-making technology.

We aim to complete the land acquisition contract in July 2025, with a grand opening in spring 2029. To gain momentum for this major project, we will begin crowdfunding on September 1st. This is an initiative to recruit "co-creators" from across the country to help develop the project.
The funds raised will be used not only for the production costs of the reward items, but also for recruitment funds, community management, and development costs to improve the experience, such as for AI cameras.

July 2025: Land purchase and sale reservation contract and urban development agreement concluded with Kusatsu City
2025-2027: Detailed design, administrative procedures, and strengthening regional cooperation
2027-2028: Construction of main body and facility work
Spring 2029: Grand opening planned
