Aiming to utilize an unused land of about 9 hectares in the center of Karasuma Peninsula in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, Kusatsu City conducted a public proposal to decide a private operator to operate the land. Our company's planned multipurpose tourist facility with an artificial surfing facility as a centerpiece was selected, and we became the preferred negotiating party for the land purchase. Our company's planned wave pool facility will be constructed by installing an artificial wave-making device developed by Wave Garden in the large pool in the center of the facility, allowing people to enjoy surfing in a natural environment.
We are currently making preparations with the aim of opening in 2028, and hope to contribute to the development of the local area.
