About current work

I am in charge of planning, producing and disseminating the company newsletter.
Additionally, as part of our internal broadcasting duties, we plan and invite guests, act as MCs and do other behind-the-scenes work, and are also in charge of hosting events such as induction ceremonies.
In addition, I also manage social media accounts (Instagram, LINE), respond to media inquiries, and conduct employee interviews.

Fun, rewarding, and difficult work

The appeal of working in public relations is that you get to hear opinions from various people inside and outside the company, scrutinize important information, and then disseminate it. I feel a great sense of fulfillment in playing the role of a "base station" that conveys information and acts as a bridge between the company and outside.
You will also be required to provide appropriate information and keep up with the company's activities. This is a job that allows you to feel fulfilled through repeated input and output.

What do you think you have grown through your work since joining the company?

I have gained the ability to look at myself objectively.
While still pouring my passion into my work, I was able to calmly reflect on my actions and identify areas for improvement, which enabled me to carry out my work more efficiently.

Future goals

Currently, I am mainly involved in internal public relations, working to disseminate information within the company and promote communication among employees, but in the future I would like to use that experience to become more actively involved in external public relations as well.
Specifically, we will develop and implement strategies to improve the company's brand image and awareness, and will also focus on building relationships with external media and stakeholders.
I will use the knowledge I have gained through internal public relations to strive to have a positive impact outside the company.

What kind of company is JPF? What kind of employees do you have around you?

This is a company where the ideas of young people are respected, from the president and executives to the overall corporate atmosphere.
That is why young employees always value their own thoughts and feelings and incorporate them into their work.
I feel that we have an environment where we can have our own opinions while also growing together as a team.

What is the appeal point of JPF?

Even if you have only been with the company for a short time, you will be entrusted with responsible work.

What is JPF for you?

This is a company that gives you opportunities for growth every day. I think it's important to take advantage of those opportunities. It's an environment that always encourages you to take on challenges and allows you to continue to grow.

Who would you like to work with?

Someone who can take initiative and act on their own initiative, for example, by asking, "Is this what you mean?"

What would you say to those who want to work at JPF?

If you don't know anything about cycling or Koei Kyogi, don't worry! You can catch up by learning after joining JPF (that's what I did too!). The important thing is to have the desire to learn and be flexible.
I also recommend that you develop an interest in many things and gain as many experiences as possible during your time as a student. These experiences will definitely come in handy in your work later on.
I look forward to working with you all.
