salary and positions
  • (1) Comprehensive job 228,300 yen (university graduates, including additional salary in the metropolitan area)
  • Area job 182,400 yen ~ (depending on the area)
  • * Commuting allowance and overtime allowance are paid separately
  • (2) Conducted in May every year through personnel evaluations for salary increases and their positions
  • (3) Bonus evaluation, paid according to performance

Service system
  • (1) Regular working hours 8:30 to 17:30 (1 hour break)

A. Since we have office/branch all over in Japan, there is a possibility that you will be transferred. We may not be able to meet your expectations, but we will do our best to accommodate each individual situation.

A.There are 6 weeks before childbirth and 8 weeks after childbirth.
