It will be held simultaneously at TIPSTAR DOME CHIBA (Chiba JPF Dome).

The position of the competition is Union Cyclsite Internationale (UCI) Class 2,
High-ranking finishers will be awarded the points needed to qualify for the World Championships, the Olympics, and other competitions.

Athletes from Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, South Korea, and South Africa will participate, and YouTube live streaming is also planned on the day.
