We have recently confirmed that there are suspicious emails purporting to be from our company's representative.
The email in question pretends to be instructions from our company's representative, directing users to external services such as LINE, sending QR codes, and requesting a prompt response, but there is absolutely no evidence that our company or our representative has ever given such instructions.
Upon investigation, we have found that cases of spoofing (fraudulent) emails using similar methods have also been reported by other companies.

[Major characteristics of suspicious emails]
Please be careful of emails containing the following content:

・The person claims to be the representative or executive of our company.
・Requesting the creation of a new group on LINE, etc.
・Requests for sending or scanning QR codes
・There are expressions such as "urgent" and "promptly" that urge a quick response.

[Caution and Request]
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from our company or someone affiliated with our company,
Please delete the message without replying, clicking on links, scanning QR codes, etc.
In response to such misconduct, we will consult with and cooperate with relevant organizations as necessary.
