Former Japanese national cycling team member, Kisato Nakamura (JPF), appointed as "Chief of Chiba Chuo Police Station for a Day"

Kisato Nakamura, a former member of the Japanese national cycling team and an employee of our company who competed in the Tokyo Olympics, served as "Police Chief for a Day" at the "Traffic Safety Festival" held at Ario Soga, a large commercial facility in Chuo Ward, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, and sponsored by Chiba Chuo Police Station in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture.

On September 23, 2025, in conjunction with the Autumn 2025 Traffic Safety Campaign, the Traffic Safety Festival was held at Ario Soga. Our employee, Kisato Nakamura, made a declaration to promote safe bicycle use together with a child police officer, and appealed to local residents about the importance of traffic safety and helmets. In addition to contributing to the creation of a safe and secure town, the event was livened up by interacting with many people.

Additionally, a letter of appreciation was presented at Chiba Chuo Police Station on October 6th. From the perspective of a former rider, he exchanged views with Chiba Chuo Police Station Chief Taneda about the importance of helmets.

Kisato Nakamura, a former Japanese rider, continues to work at our company to promote cycling and develop athletes even after his retirement. Utilizing the knowledge and experience he gained from his racing career, he spreads the word about the appeal of cycling and how to use it properly, while also actively engaging in educational activities rooted in the local community, such as visiting elementary schools to give lectures.

JPF will continue to spread the power of sports to society, including through the success of its athlete and former athlete employees, and contribute to creating a safe and vibrant society through sports. Guided by its philosophy of "Making cycling a major sport in Japan!", JPF aims to balance the promotion of sports with contributions to the local community, contributing to the development of local communities and the promotion of cycling culture.

[Profile of Kisato Nakamura]
Joined JPF in 2016. From a young age, he tried various sports and won the national championship in competitive fin swimming. When he entered high school, he took up cycling. His competitive performance at high school and university was highly praised, and he was selected for the Japanese national team.
In 2017, she contributed to Japan winning the first bronze medal in the women's team pursuit event at Track World Cup.
She competed in the women's Madison Track Cycling at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. She retired from competitive racing at National Championships held in the same year.
He has also appeared on YouTube as a commentator for PIST6, drawing on his own racing experience. He is also involved in coaching and training cycling athletes, and works hard every day to promote cycling as a major sport.
