Based on the philosophy of "making cycling a major sport in Japan," our company is working to promote Cycing sports, support athletes, and develop human resources. These efforts have been recognized, and we have been selected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a "Tokyo Sports Promotion Model Company for 2025."

Tokyo sports promoting company Certification System is a system in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that actively contribute to society through sports, such as promoting sports activities among employees and supporting sports. As a company involved in the management of Koei Kyogi such as Keirin and in photo-judging, we are also working to promote sports as part of the industry that supports bicycle racing.
This certification recognized the company's efforts, such as establishing a scholarship program for university athletes and supporting the employment and activities of top athletes, and led to its selection as a model company.

① Cultivating Cycing sports talent (scholarship system)
In 2025, we established a scholarship program for university rider.
The aim is to support the balancing of athletic activities and academic studies, as well as to create an environment that will lead to future career development.
Three scholarship students were selected in the first term, and they have achieved results on the competitive side, such as winning top prizes at the Japan Championships and Asian Championships.

② Supporting athletic activities through the employment of athletes
We employ athletes with the aim of promoting cycling and parasports.
In addition to supporting the athletic activities of athletes Tetsuki Kaji and Yurie Kanuma by accompanying them on expeditions and providing them with sports equipment, the company is also leveraging the experience and influence of athletes in its corporate activities.

3) Supporting athletes' second careers
Kisato Nakamura represented Japan in cycling at the Tokyo Olympics. She retired from competitive cycling after National Championships that same year. After graduating from graduate school, she is now working as an employee of our company, where she uses her competitive experience to plan and run cycling classes and promote sports.
We are also working to create an environment where athletes can continue to play an active role in society even after they retire from competition.

4) Support for Sports Environment and Local Sports
As part of our support for sports for the physically challenged, we support bicycle competitions for the intellectually challenged and provide a training environment for them.
We are also involved in empowering the town sports by supporting sporting events in cooperation with local communities, such as sponsoring the "Mie Matsuzaka Marathon" held in Matsuzaka City, Mie Prefecture, where Matsusaka Keirin-jyo, which we are entrusted with managing, is located.
