About current work
I am responsible for planning, preparing and running events held at PIST6.
I am also in charge of public relations for events and PIST6 itself, and am making efforts to get as many people interested as possible.
Fun, rewarding, and difficult work
The sense of accomplishment I get when I organize an event and the customers are pleased with it is incredible.
On the other hand, because we hold a large number of events and need to work on multiple projects simultaneously, it can be difficult to manage the schedule and coordinate preparations.
What do you think you have grown through your work since joining the company?
When I first joined the company, I simply proposed what I wanted to do or what I thought was interesting, but I learned that doing nothing like that can cause you to lose sight of your original purpose.
By clarifying the purpose of the event and planning it based on evidence and numbers, we have been able to achieve better results.
Future goals
Our goal is to increase the number of visitors to PIST6 and raise awareness.
I would like to create an event that allows more people to learn about the appeal of PIST6 and enjoy it on a continuing basis.
