~Connecting cycling experiences to the next generation~

JPF Co., Ltd., Ltd. has signed a support contract with Kazushige Kuboki, a gold medalist in Track World Championships and an active Keirin rider and road racer.

Background and Objectives

Under the slogan "Making cycling a major sport," JPF is working to improve the competitive environment and develop human resources involved in Cycing sports.
We support the idea of athlete development pathways advocated by Japan Cycling Federation, and have been management of Koei Kyogi venue activities to promote cycling so that beginners and children can become familiar with cycling and experience the sport while having fun, starting from Koei Kyogi Facilities (Chiba, Toyama, Nagoya, Matsusaka, Kyoto, and Sanyo) for which JPF is entrusted with comprehensive management. These efforts have been systematized and diagrammed by JPF in its own unique way as "JPF's Athlete Development Pathways."
Kazushige Kuboki is the embodiment of this pathway, having grown from a local club player to a top athlete, and continues to take on challenges at the forefront of his sport with his sights set on the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Through this contract, JPF will support Kuboki's challenge as he continues to take on the sport with sincerity every day, and will help him convey his values and attitude to society. We hope that this initiative will serve as an opportunity to pass on Kuboki's own experiences and values to the next generation of young athletes.

Comment from Kazushige Kubiki

I am very happy to have been given the opportunity to pass on the experiences and values I have cultivated to the next generation while continuing to take on challenges as an athlete. While cycling is a familiar means of transportation, it also has many attractions, such as the depth of the sport, the fun of watching, and the rewards of supporting the sport. Together with everyone at JPF, I would like to convey the appeal of cycling to many people from the unique perspective of an active athlete.
