Bicycle Promotion Project
About current work
As part of the program planning for the competition, we handle the arrangement of athletes leading up to the event, and create the race entry list during the event.
In our athlete management operations, we create an environment in which athletes can race fairly and safely. In our cycling promotion operations, we plan and manage events and trial sessions.
Fun, rewarding, and difficult work
In PIST6, 36 players participate in each event, but when a player is absent, it is difficult to find additional players until we have 36 players, which is also rewarding. I am very happy when the players who participated say, "I want to participate again!"
What do you think you have grown through your work since joining the company?
I think the thing I've grown from through my work is my sense of responsibility. If something goes wrong, not only will my evaluation be negatively affected, but the company's image will be negatively affected as well.
This has allowed me to think about what actions I need to take and how I need to take them to avoid mistakes or problems.
Future goals
Since joining the company, I have been in charge of program planning and player management, but going forward, I will also strive to understand the work of referees and vehicle inspections in order to gain a full grasp of the overall work involved in running competitions.
What kind of company is JPF? What kind of employees do you have around you?
Since I joined the company, various projects have been launched and the company is always challenging itself with new things.
Additionally, many of our employees are not satisfied with the status quo and are always looking to take on new challenges.
What is the appeal point of JPF?
There are many opportunities to take on various challenges, and the opinions of young employees are respected. Also, when you take on a challenge, you don't just proceed on your own, but are supported by the senior employees and superiors around you.
What is JPF for you?
It's a place where you can grow not only as a member of society, but also as a person.
Who would you like to work with?
Someone who is never satisfied with the status quo and can always think positively.
To be able to tackle any job honestly and sincerely without making a face.
What would you say to those who want to work at JPF?
I joined the company without any experience in Keirin or bicycle racing, but after joining the company, there is training where you actually ride road bikes and mountain bikes, so those who are worried about their knowledge of bicycles need not worry. Let's grow together!
