About current work
At Toyama Keirin-jyo, I am involved in the operation of Keirin-jyo, event management, and advertising. I mainly create materials to be used at events and disseminate event information via social media.
Fun, rewarding, and difficult work
Event management and advertising are jobs that we do ourselves, from the planning stage to execution. Therefore, it is rewarding when we come up with new ideas and actually put them into shape. On the other hand, it can be difficult to attract people to the event.
What do you think you have grown through your work since joining the company?
It's about being able to think about things from the other person's perspective. When I was making posters to announce events, I had to go through a process of trial and error to make sure that the information I wanted to convey was conveyed properly, and I feel that I was able to acquire this skill.
Future goals
Our goal is to increase the number of visitors to Toyama Keirin-jyo through events and advertising.
Also, personally, I would like to be able to handle as many tasks as possible at Keirin-jyo.
