About current work

I am involved in the general operations of PIST6 PUMPTRACK CHIBA, including customer service, event planning, and announcements via flyers, the web, and social media.
Additionally, in order to realize JPF's athlete development pathway, he is also actively working to promote cycling in Chiba city.

Fun, rewarding, and difficult work

The most rewarding part of planning and running an event is seeing the smiles of the participants. Hearing happy comments from the participants and seeing them become repeat customers is what motivates me to plan the next event.
On the other hand, outdoor events are easily affected by the weather and often do not go as planned, so you always need to be able to respond flexibly to the situation.

What do you think you have grown through your work since joining the company?

Because I was in an environment that supported my ideas for starting something new, I was able to develop the ability to take on challenges without the fear of failure.
In addition, because event planning and management requires the simultaneous running of many tasks, I also gained the ability to plan ahead and proceed with tasks in a planned manner.

Future goals

Our goal is to actively promote cycling at PIST6 PUMPTRACK CHIBA, help as many people as possible experience the joy of Cycing sports, and contribute to creating a beloved facility.

Before joining the company, I only knew bicycles as a means of transportation and had no experience with bicycle racing. However, I am now enjoying my work.
