Supporting children's "first challenge"! Mountain biking experience event

JPF Co., Ltd. (main office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shuntaro Watanabe) will hold "JPF Presents MTB Challenge 2025," a mountain bike experience event across the country, with the aim of introducing children to the "fun of sports cycling" and the "joy of taking on a challenge."

This event is a participatory program aimed primarily at elementary school children, providing them with an opportunity to try mountain bike racing for the first time. Former professional riders will also be holding practical lessons at the venue so that even those who are new to racing can participate with peace of mind. "My child loves cycling, but I'm worried about racing for the first time..." We respond to the voices of parents who say this, and provide thorough support to ensure that children can ride safely and enjoyably.
The race program offers two categories: "Kids Race" and "Endurance Race." You can choose according to your physical strength and experience, and everyone from beginners to advanced runners can enjoy a sense of accomplishment in their own style. You can also participate in both categories.
In the 2025 season, six events are planned across the country, starting with the "Mie Stage" at the Sewa no Mori Mountain Bike Course in Mie Prefecture. This event supports children's "first challenge" and is designed to be easy to participate in even for those who have never raced before. Please come and join us as if it were a family outing.
In addition to participating in the race, we also welcome visitors who just want to come and watch. We look forward to your participation, as it will give you the opportunity to experience the appeal of mountain biking up close and become a top rider of the future.

[Overview of the 1st event (Mie Stage)]
　・Date and time: Saturday, July 12, 2025
・Venue: Sewa Forest Mountain Bike Course

Participation fee: Kids Race: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Endurance race: 5,000 yen (tax included)
・Application period: June 20th (Friday) - July 11th (Friday), 2025

[Event program overview]
　・Kids Race (for elementary school students)
A specially-designed course will be used, with the number of laps depending on the age group. The level of difficulty is such that even first-timers can complete the race, allowing participants to have fun while experiencing it.
　・Endurance race (for all ages)
This is an endurance race in which participants compete to see who can complete the most laps in 60 or 90 minutes. Individuals, teams, and parents and children can participate. E-bikes are also allowed, but the time will be used as a reference.
　・Course strategy lessons (free)
Former professional riders will use actual race courses to give direct instruction on "safe riding methods" and "tips for riding."
Beginners and first-time participants can also take on the challenge of the race with peace of mind.
