~Thinking about "work"~
On October 6th, our employees, including Kisato Nakamura, a former member of the Japanese national cycling team who competed in the Tokyo Olympics, gave a lecture at an elementary school in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture.

As part of its local revitalization activities, JPF Co., Ltd. conducts outreach lessons at elementary and junior high schools throughout the year, with the aim of providing children with an opportunity to think about work.
On October 6th, our employees visited the school as lecturers and gave a lecture on the theme of "Our Work Style."
We introduced the job content, rewards, and the fun of working in a team, including ``What kind of work do you do?'', ``Why do you do this work?'', and ``What is important when working?''
The children listened attentively during the lesson and seemed to enjoy themselves during the quiz. After the lesson, some students commented that they had heard valuable lessons that they could use in their future school life and future. This showed that the outreach class provided the children with an opportunity to feel closer to the idea of "work" and to think about their own possibilities.
Through these exchanges, we will continue to carry out regional development activities in order to pass on the joy of work and a spirit of challenge to the next generation.
